7-Zip 21.01 alpha increases speed for LZMA and LZMA2 decompression in arm64 versions for macOS and Linux

The 7-Zip version 21.01 alpha increases the speed for decompression LZMA and LZMA2 in the arm64 versions for macOS and Linux by 20% -60%.

7-Zip now writes an additional field for the file name in UTF-8 encoding in the zip archives and also allows the correct extraction of the file name from the zip archives on different systems.

The 7-Zip command line version for macOS is now released, as well as some changes and improvements to the ZIP, TAR and NSIS code.
