Lubuntu will move all channels to LiberaChat

Following the resolution of the Ubuntu IRC Council, Lubuntu will move all Lubuntu IRC channels to LiberaChat. Some channels have already moved at the time of this announcement, and others will follow shortly. The transition to LiberaChat is made due to the introduction of advertising on the freenode site without warning.

As a result of the move, our Telegram bridge bot is currently offline. Once things are settled in the new network, we will connect the bridge to bring everything back together.

LiberaChat is defined as a:

"... community platform for free and open-source software and peer-to-peer projects"
