Alpha version of openSUSE Leap 15.4 is available for testing

The fourth version of Leap 15 has entered the alpha development stage. Alpha images will be built continuously until mid-February, when the release is scheduled to enter a Beta phase. The deadline for beta submission is February 16, according to the roadmap.

Rolling stock stops after the Beta phase is completed and Leap moves to a security maintenance and upgrade phase after it becomes available to the public.

Technology enthusiasts, users and enthusiasts are encouraged to download current versions and help test versions to ensure that errors are resolved in the alpha and beta phases.

Leap 15.4 is scheduled to be released in June 2022, according to the launch roadmap. Leap 15.3 users will need to upgrade to the latest version within six months of Leap 15.4.
