The new identity system in KDE, codenamed MyKDE, is now available on my.kde.org
. In the coming months, more and more services will switch to MyKDE.
For users who did not sign in to MyKDE during the migration period (KDE developer or KDE eV member), your account will be imported as a disabled account and you will need to ask sysadmin to enable it. For other users identity.kde.org
who are not group members, your account will be removed. You will be sent regular emails to remind you of your account migration.
For now, the ability to register a new account is disabled in MyKDE and the only way is to create an account identity.kde.org
and then migrate your account. This is because I don't want some accounts to exist in MyKDE only. This will change naturally when they fully migrate to MyKDE.
