Debian Project Leader 2021 - Jonathan Carter re-elected

Voting for the Debian Project Leaders election is over, and the winner is Jonathan Carter.

- 455 out of 1,018 developers voted using the Condorcet method.

They had a choice between 3 options:

- Option 1 "Jonathan Carter"
- Option 2 "Sruthi Chandran"
- Option 3 "None of the above"

Debian uses the Condorcet method for voting. Simply put, the Condorcet method can be defined as follows:

Consider all possible two-way races between candidates. The Condorcet winner, if there is one, is the only candidate who can beat each other in a two-way race with that candidate.
