AMD announced Zenzen Zen 2-based Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors for workstation use.

- Threadripper PRO 3945WX 12 core / 24 thread 4.0GHz.

- hreadripper PRO 3955WX as part 16 core / 32 thread 3.9 / 4.3GHz

- Threadripper PRO 3975WX 32 core / 64 thread 3.5 / 4.2GHz.

Threadripper PRO have 8 x DDR4-3200 memory channels. The CPU Threadripper PRO still has 128 PCI Express 4.0 bands. All of these Threadripper PRO processors have TDPs of 280 W and support up to 2 TB of ECC UDIMM / RDIMM / LRDIMM memory.

Ryzen Threadripper PRO series aims to compete with the Intel Xeon W line, Threadripper 3990X is able to surpass Xeon Platinum 8280.

AMD talks about the performance of Threadipper PRO in various Windows work tasks, from 3D modeling to design or other work tasks.
