Linux 5.12 will allow voltage / temperature reporting on some ASRock motherboards

With Linux 5.12, ASRock boards (NCT6683) such as: Z370M Pro4, Z270M Pro4, B250M Pro4 together with many other models will be able to work with the new HWMON driver. The change was tested on the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX / TB3.

The upgrade is expected as part of HWMON-next for the February 5.12 Linux merge window. If you have an ASRock motherboard with this IC, starting with Linux 5.12 you will be able to see the functional and accurate reporting of the fan voltage / temperature / speed.
