Traveling during COVID-19 requires certificates proving that you have been vaccinated, tested (negative) or have recovered.
Technically, these certificates are just QR codes, so an image viewer is all you need. Once you manage more such codes, for example, due to the fact that you have performed several tests or traveled with your family, it becomes useful to see the content in a readable form.
Based on the KHealthCertificate library, it has been added to the KDE Itinerary. An independent health certificate application for Plasma Mobile is also underway. So far, the EU DIVOC and DGC formats are accepted, covering Europe and India.
Certificates can be imported from PDF files or clipboards.
Another new feature in KDE Itinerary is the ability to import and export your favorite locations in GPX format, as well as export entire trips to GPX (interoperability with other applications, such as Nextcloud Maps).
